I usually only lock in things like Spiritual on the Vestal herself, or Gothic on OCC himself. by putting the healing bonuses on the healer herself by locking in monster quirks like Hippocratic. Usually I stack healing in the other direction, i.e. Once you hit 15% or so, they'll do great over the course of a mission in mitigating stress.

Stacking CRIT bonuses can be pretty good as well, and quirks are good for that. I often have 50%+ DMG buffs against the most prevalent enemy class in a level at least some of the time (when I have camp buffs stacked on top of trinkets on top of quirks on top of class/attack bonuses). Some (like ACC) can be overdone, but it's hard. eg: if a character get stun, then his portrait go in the botom of the stack, and the next character come on top. Stacking buffs to insane levels is often really good. I would love a chart that shows each characters/ennemy turns (like FF10) just like a FIFO stack so we can predict and make tactical decision.
